Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@aircrewtags.com with your order number and the details of the modification you’d like to make. We will confirm once your request has been processed.

Please Note:

• Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, the order will be locked for processing, and cancellations or modifications will no longer be possible.
• A management and transaction fee of up to 20% may apply if the cancellation or modification requires significant changes to the order. This fee will be based on the complexity of the modification and the effort required.
• Please be aware that any design modifications may delay your order’s processing time, as changes could take additional time to implement.
