Refund & Replacement Policy

To qualify for a refund or replacement, a request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, after 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, we generally do not offer exchanges or full refunds unless the item you received has a major issue. A major issue includes:
    • The item is significantly different from the description or preview shown to you.
    • The item is damaged due to our factory’s or the carrier’s fault.
    • You received the wrong item.

Exclusions:

  • We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased during sales or promotions.
  • We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements for issues caused by customer error, including:
    • Incorrect size, design, or color selections.
    • Incorrect or invalid shipping addresses.
    • Damages resulting from improper care or use.

Please take care to review your order and the product description carefully before checking out to ensure everything is correct.

Product Discrepancies:

  • We allow a 20% variation between the advertised images and the actual item you receive. Colors may slightly differ due to lighting conditions during photography or the display settings of your monitor.

How to File a Claim: If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please email us at info@aircrewtags.com with the following required information:

  1. Order number
  2. Photographs or video of the defective item:
    • For printing errors, include photos showing the error.
    • For print size or placement issues, include a ruler or measuring tape in the photos.
  3. Full delivery address
  4. Contact telephone number
  5. If items are missing, include a photo of the package cover with the detailed shipping label for investigation.

What Happens Next: We will review the photos and videos you provide. If your claim is valid, we will send a replacement item. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the full cost of the product (including shipping).

Please Note:

  • The refund process may take up to 14 business days, and it will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Modifications are NOT allowed for replacement items.
  • Do not return the item to us unless instructed. We do not accept returns. Please reach out to us first for any order-related issues.
